Planning Permission for Phase 2 works to Stud Farm in Green Belt

KWA has designed and achieved planning permission for Phase 2 works to a former dairy farm to convert it into a fully operational equine stud farm.

KWA designed the original masterplan for the site in 2009 and achieved planning permission for the Phase I works later in the same year. The Phase II works involve the conversion of existing barns where possible and the demolition and replacement of the remaining barns that were unsuitable for conversion.

Despite planning policy objections to new buildings in the Green Belt, KWA achieved planning permission in June 2011 and work is due to begin onsite imminently.
