KWA Architects & Planning Consultants has achieved planning permission for a small-scale private equestrian development in Norfolk. The scheme includes a six box yard with associated infrastructure as well as a 60m x 30m all weather manege. The development, which will be for the applicant’s personal enjoyment, will be located on a site thought to be of archaeological importance. The necessary investigations and mitigatory processes were undertaken to achieve permission for the development which is expected to proceed later this year.
