KWA Achieve Planning Permission for New Stud Farm in AAL

KWA has achieved planning permission for a new high class national hunt stud in Aylesbury. The site, which lies within an AAL (Area of Attractive Landscape), was a former dairy farm but the dilapidated buildings were unsuitable for the proposed use. The new scheme sees the demolition of the existing asbestos clad barn and provides top quality facilities on the 24ha site. The facilities include a purpose built stable yard incorporating foaling facilities, an isolation yard, turnout barn, horse walker, canter track and extension to the existing house. It is hoped that, in the future, the site will become one of the top small-scale studs in the country.
