KWA has achieved planning permission for two new offices in South Cambridge, one of which will become the permanent head office for KWA.

The former petrol garage site, will now need to undergo land contamination and archaeological work prior to construction beginning on site. The new KWA office has been designed specifically for use by Architects and Planning Consultants and incorporates a first floor open plan studio with views over nearby recreational land. The buildings will incorporate sustainable construction techniques and materials as well as making use of PV and green roofing systems.

It is hoped worked will begin on site in October 2011 and will be completed by April 2012.
