This client required facilities to cope with the growing demand for educational courses for persons in the equine industry. The brief was to have a building that presented a new and modern image of the Racing School and provided spaces that were flexible in use.
The interior includes a 70 person seated theatre with electronic tiered seating which can be retracted to enable the flat floor space to be used for other purposes. The adjacent Foyer, bar and display spaces were designed to enable the whole building to be used for ‘break out spaces’ for those involved in small seminar groups. |
